Piper Jaffray maintained Kirkland's
KIRK with an Overweight and raised the price target from $12.00 to $14.00.
Piper Jaffray analyst Neely J.N. Tamminga commented, "We are maintaining our Overweight rating on KIRK and raising our price target from $12 to $14 following the company's Q4 earnings report in which FQ4 EPS of $0.82 came in ahead of their guidance range of $0.71 to $0.76. Similar to the chorus of others in retailing, KIRK too started off the fiscal quarter with choppy sales trends and now expect comp sales to be down 3% to 5% for the quarter; the year, flattish. We continue to like the many investments Kirkland's has been making in their business focusing on improving their merchandising data and process as well as a comprehensive digital strategy aimed at driving e-commerce sales higher, and profitably so."
Kirkland's closed at $11.49 on Thursday.
