Credit Suisse initiated Verint Systems

with a Neutral rating and a $36.00 price target. Credit Suisse said, "Verint Systems is a leading analytics vendor for structured and unstructured data in the contact center and security markets. We believe that Verint can continue to leverage its technological strength in analytics along with its product suite strategy to gain share in the contact center market, while maintaining its share within the security market. Based on significant opportunities in the contact center market, the pending ownership change between Verint and Comverse Technologies, and the current valuation, we view the risk/reward of VRNT shares as balanced." Verint Systems closed at $35.11 on Friday.
