Williams Capital reiterated Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN) at Buy and raised the price target from $43.00 to $45.00.

Williams Capital said, "Overall, LEN delivered another solid quarter with improvements across all business segments and metrics. Order growth does appear to be slowing as y/y comparisons become increasingly challenging.  We do however view LEN as one of the best positioned builders to gain incremental growth through substantial community openings and market share gains with additional benefits coming from its newly ramped multi‐family business.   Gross margin performance continues to lead the peer group and we expect additional margin growth as the cycle further develops."

Lennar Corporation closed at $40.68 on Tuesday.
