UPDATE: Oppenheimer Holdings Terminates Coverage on BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing

In a report published Friday, Oppenheimer Holdings terminated its coverage on BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing (NASDAQ: BCDS).

Oppenheimer Holdings noted, “We are dropping research coverage of BCDS, previously rated Perform, due to the announced acquisition of the company by Diodes Inc. All EPS estimates are discontinued...Effective with the discontinuation of coverage, the last recommendation for this stock should not be relied upon going forward. Our last rating on BCDS was Perform.”

BCD Semiconductor Manufacturing closed on Thursday at $7.41.
