Sterne Agee Reiterates Neutral Rating on Aeropostale

In a report published Monday, Sterne Agee Group reiterated its Neutral rating on Aeropostale (NYSE: ARO).

Sterne Agee noted, “While we expect Q3 results at ARO to be in line, our checks of weekend sales suggest a less robust start to holiday than the peer group and we believe Q4 guidance may fall below consensus views as a result. Our Q4 estimate is $0.47 compared to the $0.54 consensus. Last year ARO earned $0.44.”

Aeropostale closed on Friday at $14.45.
