Raymond James analyst Michael Turits insists Steven Sinofsky's departure from Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) is not a negative sign for Windows 8 because the OS has already been out for several weeks. Turits believes Microsoft management probably saw this as a good time for a leadership change. The analyst feels the departure was likely due to Sinofsky's relationships with other execs.
