UPDATE: Stifel Nicolaus Upgrades Prospect Capital Corporation to Hold

Stifel Nicolaus raised its rating on Prospect Capital Corporation

from Sell to Hold. Stifel Nicolaus said, "Given the recent decline in PSEC shares we are upgrading the shares to Hold. We still have some concerns about the rapid pace of growth at PSEC but with the shares currently trading at $10.46 and a dividend yield of 11.7% we believe investors are being adequately compensated and are upgrading the shares to Hold." Prospect Capital Corporation closed at $10.46 on Friday.
