Sterne Agee Reiterates Buy Rating, $48 PT on Metlife

In a report published Monday, Sterne Agee Group reiterated its Buy rating and $48.00 price target on Metlife

. Sterne Agee noted, “While we believe it's likely that MET will receive another extension from the Federal Reserve with respect to refiling its stress test data under the 2012 CCAR examination, as of this morning, there is no confirmation from the company that such an extension has been granted. Recall MET was originally granted an extension to Sept. 30th.” Metlife closed on Friday at $34.46.
