. Canaccord Genuity notes, "This morning [July 3], STKL announced the appointment of Hendrik (Rik) Jacobs as President and Chief Operating Officer effective August 1, 2012. Mr. Jacobs replaces outgoing VP and COO Tony Tavares. We believe this management transition reflects the company's own transition from an integration, margin enhancement and turnaround focus to greater focus of growth initiatives within the core natural and organic portfolio."
