Cantor Fitzgerald Reiterates Hold Rating, $29 PT for Centene

In a report published earlier today, Cantor Fitzgerald L.P. reiterated its Hold rating and $29.00 price target for Centene Corp.

Cantor Fitzgerald went on to say “Centene's earnings shortfall is a big psychological blow to the Medicaid names, which have surged on the expectation that the increased application of managed care to complex cases will boost the sector's business, but earnings have lagged. This raises concern about its ability to capitalize on the industry's growth in other new and larger markets.” Centene Corp. closed yesterday at $28.20.
