According to a research report published this morning, Oppenheimer has increased InterXion's
INXN
PT from $20 to $24. In the report, Oppenheimer commented, "INXN reported 1Q12 results that were slightly above our estimates on higher than expected pricing. ARPU of €439 (+7.4% YoY) beat our €428 estimate on price increases and power uptake. These results are on the heels of strong pricing trends reported by EQIX (+5.6% YoY Europe ARPU growth) and point to a rational pricing environment. Management did not update previously provided 2012 guidance and we believe the team is assuming a conservative approach. INXN is very well positioned in key European markets characterized by supply-demand imbalance, and continued investments in these regions bode well for future growth." Oppenheimer maintains its Outperform rating on InterXion Holding, which is currently trading at $18.65.
