UPDATE: Brean Murray Carret & Co Trims PT on Electronic Arts to $18

According to a research report this morning, Brean Murray Carret & Co trims PT on Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: EA) from $22 to $18.

Brean Murray Carret & Co explained, “Clearly we see some downside. We see tough comps in core games, are skeptical about early returns in Social and Mobile, and think consensus estimates may be overestimating the positive impact on EPS from the launch of SW:TOR. Nevertheless, we think the buy‐side has been ahead of the sell‐side on this one.”

Electronic Arts closed yesterday at 15.38 as Brean Murray Carret & Co reiterates a Buy rating.
