JP Morgan increases its price target from $90 to $100 on Neutral-rated VMware
VMW following results from Q1.
JP Morgan comments, "VMW exceeded Q1 expectations and largely guided in line. While sequential license growth was below seasonal norms, VMW is likely increasingly facing the “law of large numbers” phenomenon when its growth rate (even sequential)
becomes more difficult to attain as its business gets larger. We remain Neutral but are raising our price target to $100."
VMW closed at $111.29 on Wednesday.
