Credit Suisse increases its target price from $33 to $38 on Neutral-rated Verizon
VZ on modest changes to the company's Q1 and full-year models.
Credit Suisse says, "We are making modest changes to our Verizon estimates for 1Q12 and for the full-year. We are increasing wireless revenue and EBITDA while lowering wireline. Total revenue and EBITDA are higher; however EPS for the full-year is slightly lower because EPS captures 100% of the impact of lower wireline estimates but only 55% of the impact of higher wireless. We are also updating our price target, which had become stale. These changes are largely housekeeping; we are not changing our thesis."
VZ closed at $38.52 a share on Monday.
