Stifel Nicolaus reiterates its Buy on Roadrunner Transportation Systems

and raises its price target to $21 from $20 on solid results for the fourth quarter. Stifel Nicolaus says, "Roadrunner reported solid 4Q11 results, relatively in-line with our estimates in all segments (EPS was $0.01 better than us and the Street excluding a $0.4mm acquisition-related earnout). RRTS issued next-quarter guidance for the first time--a practice it plans to continue. 1Q12 EPS guidance was $0.22-$0.24, ahead of the Street consensus estimate of $0.22 and our prior $0.20 estimate, due to strong performance from acquired businesses." RRTS closed at $15.80 a share yesterday.
