Credit Suisse remains rated Outperform on Walt Disney (NYSE: DIS) and raises its price target to $45 from $40 as it tweaks estimates following the company's margins beat.

Credit Suisse says, "We are tweaking our FY12 EPS estimate higher by $0.02 to $2.98 to reflect a lower tax rate. We are lowering our 2013/2014 EPS estimates to $3.44/$3.84 (from $3.46/$3.92). Our overall EBIT estimate is essentially unchanged for the time being, as we prefer to be conservative, pending the upcoming release of high budget film John Carter. Should this film perform in-line to better than expectations, there could be upside to our projections for the Studio."

DIS closed at $40.98 a share on Tuesday.
