is upgraded to Buy and price target is lowered to $49. Sterne Agee said that following yesterday's sell-off, it is raising its rating from NEUTRAL to BUY and lowering its price target from $53 to $49. “Our price target of $49 is based on our PEG model and expected EPS growth of 15% (EPS growth 15% x PEG ratio 67%=10x $4.90 12 EPS=$49).” Cash America International closed yesterday at $41.50.
