Stifel Nicolaus has published a research report on Green Mountain Coffee Roasters

commenting on decelerated shipments of Keurig brewers. In the report, Stifel Nicolaus writes, "Specifically, we estimate imports of Keurig brewers, measured as shipments from the company's sole manufacturer in China to the U.S., declined 5% y/y and 28% y/y in October 2011 and November 2011, respectively, compared to a 44% y/y year-to-date increase through September 2011 and reported 38% y/y shipment growth in F2011. Relatedly, Green Mountain's brewer purchase commitments, a leading indicator of anticipated demand, declined 43% y/y calendar year-to-date through September and 64% y/y in F2H11." Stifel Nicolaus maintains its Sell rating on Green Mountain Coffee, which closed yesterday at $49.95.
