Citigroup Reiterates Buy, Target of $43 on Dick's Sporting Goods

Citigroup maintains its Buy rating and $43 price target on Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc. (NYSE: DKS) as above-Street report may signal upside momentum.

According to Citi, “Dick's reported adj. EPS of $0.32 vs. our estimate of $0.28 vs. Street of $0.26 (guidance: $0.24 to $0.26). Relative to our model, sales and SSS were in line, GM% +22bps higher (+126bps y/y), and SGA (26bps) below. We would note that 3Q SSS performance represents a ~+100 bps acceleration in the two year stack, highlighting continued momentum in the underlying business. “

DKS traded at $39.58 at session close on Monday.
