Disclosure Insight Maintains Medium Risk on InterMune

A report from Disclosure Insight reiterates its Medium Risk – Negative Bias rating on InterMune (NASDAQ: ITMN).

The report states, “Concentrated revenue; litigation; and the chairman and CEO positions being held by one person support our opinion of a Medium Risk - Negative Bias rating on ITMN. As of the 10-Q filed 9-Aug-11, the company had only one marketable product, Actimmune, which accounted for 79% of 1H11 net revenue."

ITMN closed yesterday at $25.50.
