UPDATE: Goldman Sachs Raises PT on Flextronics International to $5.25

Goldman Sachs is out with its report today on Flextronics International (NASDAQ: FLEX), raising its PT from $5 to $5.25.

In its report, Goldman Sachs writes, "We raise our six-month price target to $5.25 from $5 on higher estimates. It is based on P/E (6X) and EV/EBITDA (3X) multiples on CY12 estimates."

Goldman Sachs maintains Sell on FLEX.

Shares of FLEX closed Thursday at $6.11.
