Sterne Agee Maintains Neutral Rating on Bank of the Ozarks

A report from Sterne Agee reiterates its Neutral rating on Bank of the Ozarks (NASDAQ: OZRK).

In the report, Sterne Agee writes, “OZRK remains Neutral-rated, but is very well positioned to outperform the industry through 2012, in our view. Our 2011E operating EPS is $1.82 (+$0.17) compared to our 2011E EPS of $2.90, which reflects bargain purchase and securities gains, net of M&A and integration expenses."

OZRK closed yesterday at $23.47.
