According to J.P. Morgan, DISH Network (NASDAQ: DISH) Neutral rating is maintained.

J.P. Morgan said that the biggest source of disagreement around DISH seems to be the $3.5 billion in spectrum that it purchased in 2008 or agreed to purchase in 2011, which it could use for an independent network build, a build with partners, or even drop the plans to build and sell the spectrum (possibly at a profit).

DISH Network closed yesterday at $27.56.
