Benchmark Tours Terremark's Miami Facility
Benchmark has published a research report on Terremark Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMRK) after Benchmark visited the company's Miami facility.
In the report, Benchmark writes "Yesterday, we visited with Terremark and toured the Miami facility. The Miami site is filling up and may be underappreciated by investors. Management's strategy of owning or controlling facilities in key markets while providing a comprehensive solution set appears sound. The potential for improved cost of debt is encouraging. We believe Terremark's stock is trading at a reasonable valuation given sustained strong growth. We like Terremark's strategy of owning or controlling its facilities, while providing hybrid solutions to customers. Terremark owns its two primary facilities, in Miami and Culpeper. The expansion space in California is owned. All but one (Dallas) of Terremark's other main facilities (Netherlands, Brazil, Colombia) are on long-term leases, with Terremark as the only tenant. Dallas houses the core of Terremark's IT expertise. Amsterdam and Brazil are the focal points for international expansion."
Benchmark maintain its Buy rating and $13 price target.
Terremark Worldwide closed yesterday at $11.97.
