Goldman Sachs Updates Estimates for GRM

Yesterday Goldman Sachs updated its estimates for Graham Packaging Company (NYSE: GRM) following 3Q2010 results.

GRM reported 3Q2010 EPS of $0.53 which were just below Goldman Sachs estimate of $0.55. GRM's EBITDA for 3Q10 was $129.4 mn compared to Goldman Sachs estimate of $130.0 mn. Due to the slightly lower EPS than expected, Goldman Sachs has lowered their 2010/2011/2012 EPS estimates for GRM to $1.76/$1.80/$2.20 from $1.90/$2.05/$2.35.

GRM is trading at $12.10.
