Pritchard rates Fluor a Buy and a $66 price target, as the company announced a sale of $900 million subordinated notes offering strengthens BS for final investment decision for Gladstone LNG.

Pritchard rates COMV a buy with a $13 target, as the company has had strong performance on a buyout rumor.

Pritchard has some color on ORA, as it received $108.2 million specified energy property in lieu of tax/credits relating to its North Brawley geothermal power plant.
It rates shares at Neutral, with a $30 price target.
