Shares of Endologix, Inc. ELGX were trading up more than 19 percent on Friday’s (early) after-hours session. The small-cap medical devices company was moving on –apparently- no particular news, but rather recuperating some of the ground lost during the year. The stock has lost more than 32 percent year-to-date.

On the other hand, shares of HMS Holdings Corp HMSY were down more than 27 percent after Director Richard H. Stowe disclosed the sale of 30,000 shares for an average weighed price of $11.4739 per share.

Stowe was not the only insider selling HMS’ stock in November.

Semone Neuman, Executive Vice President of Operations, Robert Holster, Board Director, and Joseph Donabauer, Senior Vice President and Controller, all got rid of some of their stock over the month. Holster’s sale was the largest, comprising 16,999 shares of the company.

Other big gainers on Friday afternoon included:

  • Harsco Corporation HSC, up almost 50 percent
  • W.P. Carey Inc WPC, up over 46 percent
  • Stericycle Inc SRCL, up roughly 12 percent as institutional investors’ bullishness increases

On the opposite sidewalk, some of the big losers were:

  • Express, Inc. EXPR, down 20 percent on poor Thanksgiving sales
  • Nektar Therapeutics NKTR, down 11 percent
  • Rockwell Automation ROK, down almost 18 percent
  • Parsley Energy Inc PE, down about 12.5 percent
  • SAP SE (ADR) SAP, down approximately 10 percent.
