Possible Plays Off Apple And IBM Announcement

The IBM IBM and Apple AAPL deal to have IBM sell iPhone and iPads has sent tremors through stocks industry wide after-hours Tuesday. IBM shares are trading up roughly 2 percent while Apple shares trade up roughly 1.75 percent.
Shares of Blackberry BBRY corrected heavily with shares trading down nearly 4 percent. Infosystems INFY shares responded slightly, gaining 17 basis-points after hours. Amazon AMZN foray over the past several years into the cloud space could also make this news item for the company.
Traders may want to consider Rackspace RAX also in light of the cloud based agreement between Apple and Big Blue. Hewlett-Packard HPQ may also face an uphill struggle as its competitors have now teamed up for distribution and analytics within the technology space.
