Raptor Pharmaceuticals Corp. (RPTP) and TorreyPines Therapeutics, Inc. (TPTX) Completes Merger

Raptor Pharmaceuticals Corp. (OTC: RPTP) and TorreyPines Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: TPTX) announced the completion of merger. The new entity will be called Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp. and to trade under NASDAQ Ticker "RPTP". It will be headquartered in Novato, California and managed by Raptor's existing management team.
