Competence comes before expertise, yet so many novice traders attempt to kick start their careers at this higher level. To become an expert we need to commit time but this still is not a guarantee for success. What is “immersed learning”.  When we decide to overcome a particularly difficult trading situation this is referred to as a crystallizing experience it’s a aha moment when we commit to do whatever it takes to reach our desired outcome and learning becomes fun.
