President Obama "health care premiums dropping 3,000 %" Really?

The president is giving a speech promising that with his health care bill will lower premiums by 3,000 percent so "you can get a raise".

Now if he could do that, it would be a trick.

Just for the record-- I am not a fan of the current bill. I like the bipartisan Wyden-Bennet bill better or Paul Ryan's bill. Both of these pieces are materially better than the current bill which will likely get passed by the House this week or later around Easter.
