Today's Morning Top Gainers (GBE,OPXA,FBC,ILI,ASTI)

Grubb & Ellis Company (NYSE: GBE) is among the top percentage gainers in morning trade and surged among 26.32% today to $1.68 on huge volume of 4.56 million shares. Yesterday, the stock surged over 38%.

Opexa Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: OPXA) rallied 22% on 6.38 million shares and now trades at $4.21 after after the company said it received $500,000 as a milestone payment from Swiss drugmaker Novartis under a stem cell technology transfer agreement.

Flagstar Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: FBC) is also moving higher by 16.22% to $1.29 on 2.77 million shares on no news.  In the last one month the stock has surged over 62%.

Interleukin Genetics, Inc (AMEX: ILI)  soared 325% now trades at $2.00 on an unusual volume of 5.60 million shares after it announced positive results from a retrospective clinical study on weight management using patients who participated in a diet study previously reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association.

Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTI) jumped up 15.26% to $8.07 on 706K shares after it has signed a multi year direct supply agreement with TurtleEnergy LLC, a premium photovoltaic (PV) systems integrator headquartered in Linden, New Jersey. Under the terms of the agreement, Ascent Solar expects to deliver up to 67 MW of its high efficiency flexible CIGS photovoltaic modules during the five year contract period.
