EU's Dijsselbloem: There will not be haircuts of Greek loans via ForexLive

It's the supposed D-Day for talks about Greece today Slovak's minister of Finance Peter Kazimir (I think it's him anyway) says that the decision on disbursement is the only thing they can achieve today. The comment was followed by a 'pang' sound as someone put their foot through a can ;-)
