EPAM Boosts Digital Capabilities with NavigationArts Buy

Software engineering solutions and information technology services company EPAM Systems, Inc. EPAM enhanced its digital capabilities by acquiring digital strategy and experience design firm NavigationArts. The deal will allow EPAM Systems to deliver improved digital consulting, architecture and content solutions to clients in North America and elsewhere.

The financial details of the transaction were kept under wraps.

NavigationArts is a consulting firm specializing in enterprise web design and web development. It integrates consulting with a robust content management systems practice to lead digital initiatives. Along with a strong northeast regional presence, the firm boasts marquee clients including Marriot International, Ernst & Young, Time Warner Cable, General Dynamics and Mary Kay Inc.

Multi-channel engagement strategies of clients have become increasingly dependent on experience platforms. NavigationArts has proven expertise in architecting and deploying Sitecore, Adobe and Drupal-based solutions. In addition, their established prowess in giving strategic advice to Fortune 500 clients will further boost EPAM System's fast-growing Digital Engagement practice.

NavigationArts will be able to leverage scale and unlock great value as part of EPAM Systems. The firm will now be able to deliver a wider range of services and solve even more challenging and technically sophisticated workloads for its clients.

EPAM provides complex software engineering solutions and information technology services to clients around the globe. Its clients are primarily Fortune Global 2000 companies in a variety of industries, but its core focus revolves around Independent Software Vendors and technology (which accounts for 22% of total revenue), financial services (28%), business information and media (13%), and travel and hospitality (22%) firms.
