iPad pre-orders show crazy interest
Stand back! We’re not sure how big this thing will get!
Apple has been taking iPad indications of interest (notify me*) via their website and a few Apple reseller partners have gone so far as to take pre-orders. The word from Norway is that iPad interest is off the charts and resellers are nervous about meeting demand.

Apple has yet to release any data on the numbers signing up to be “notified” upon finalization iPad launch plans … so we don’t really know “how big this thing will get” … but there are already 75 million ready made iPad users (iPhone and iPod Touch owners who can transfer all of their content [e.g. music, movies, apps and games] to the iPad with one click) and it’s never wise to a bet against Apple.
