Want an undeniable truth?
Our government is out of control.
To deny that is to deny all sense of reason and logic; to regress to your simple-minded, consensus trance thought (un)process.
To me, this is the fatal flaw in the argument of all those who support government, or in this case, BIG government. Because government ALWAYS grows and ALWAYS becomes an all-powerful entity that rules with an iron fist. I suppose you could call that undeniable truth number two.
I personally don't subscribe to societal norms. My logic is simple, really: most things people do — and do without asking the question “why” just because “that's what people do” — lead to harm.
In politics…
Most people choose a corrupt Democrat or a corrupt Republican. We only have two choices, after all. Why vote for a third party when they can't win? So the choice is invariably between two scumbag despots who want to control you, and the country (or state or county or city, depending on the election) ends up with a corrupt leader. That leads to harm in the form of less freedom.
In economics…
Most people don't even make an attempt to understand the fundamentals of how an economy works. Sure, many have taken a class about economics at one point or another, but the education ends there. Why? Because most people think, “I'll leave that to the expert economists.” That's the subconscious message we all receive in day-to-day life, so we all subconsciously follow the lead. But not understanding how an economy works leads to harm in the form of corrupt politicians hiring corrupt economists to convince the general public to make stupid moves that profit them by stealing from us: think bailouts, the “green” economy, etc.
***As an aside, I really get a kick out of the term “green economy,” because it implies something organic. Right? I mean, “green economy” creates a picture in your head of a new type of economy that is so natural that it happens in the most organic way possible; businesses jumping on board to create new clean energy technologies, capping their carbon output and moving the overall economy in a positive, prosperous direction as we head deeper into the 21st century.
The actual truth of the matter is much less sexy; much less “green.” Because there's nothing LESS green than the government. Don't forget, the US military is the world's number one carbon producer, and I'm sure the rest of the US government isn't far behind them. The green economy has been but a spark and fizzle because there's no business there to be had yet. If there was, the free market would naturally have nudged businesses in that direction by making it profitable. The technology simply doesn't exist yet. Instead, those who've been nudged toward creating green products and/or services, have been coerced into doing so by our government, and they're failing. Government coerces businesses to do so by creating artificial stimuli — e.g. tax incentives, media propaganda, etc. — in essence coaxing them into taking a leap off a “green” cliff.
Government never leads the way with anything because of its inherent inefficiencies. Without any profit motive, and its endless bankroll, why not be wasteful? Human nature is that when there's excess, there's waste; when there're no consequences, there's corruption. So by definition, government plus infinite money (taxes/printing press) plus no consequences, equals waste, fraud and abuse.
In health and well being…
99.9% of people don't have the slightest clue how to be healthy. And that's no mistake; the corrupt corporatist government has created this environment. You've heard of the Food Pyramid (which was recently replaced with “MyPlate”) of course. The Food Pyramid suggests you eat a certain portion of certain food groups each and every day in order to stay healthy. No evidence, except studies paid for by corporations who stand to profit from the Food Pyramid, suggests the Food Pyramid will make you healthy. Yet there it is, being taught by every health teacher in every school all across America.
At no point are we taught how the body actually works; how it actually digests food, and what happens to food as it goes through the body. That would be too empowering. We're never taught how foods not meant for human consumption simply rot and putrefy in our gut, and then bake into the lining of our digestive system causing degenerative disease. We're not taught that many things we consider food are observed to be foreign objects by our bodies, creating a mucus-forming effect in the body where white blood cells must increase in order to attack that object so that it doesn't kill us. And we ingest these foreign, non-food objects on a three-meals-a-day basis for decades and decades. No wonder people get cancer, diabetes, heart disease and all other degenerative diseases. We haven't the slightest clue how to be healthy.
I hope I've proven my point:
If you follow what other people do, you're actually a lemming and you're headed off a cliff.
I've been a member of Rawesome for two years now and I love it. James Stewart, the generous man who created and runs Rawesome, is a beacon of goodness. This is a man who quit his career to start Rawesome in order to bring people health-enhancing food. Since becoming a member of Rawesome, I've consumed raw eggs, raw goat milk, raw goat kefir, raw goat yogurt and more, and I've not once fallen ill. More specifically, I've never been healthier. The quality of the food and the food standards (how the animals are raised, treated, etc.) at Rawesome is of a higher standard than any corporate grocery chain on planet Earth. Furthermore, the quality of the people who are members of Rawesome is of the highest quality. Good souls in search of other good souls and good food. It's simple.
But then, earlier this week, Federal, State and local crime fighters descended upon Rawesome to stop their evil ways. According to the below article from NaturalNews.com, “A multi-agency SWAT-style armed raid was conducted …. by helmet-wearing, gun-carrying enforcement agents from the LA County Sheriff's Office, the FDA, the Dept. of Agriculture and the CDC (Centers for Disease Control).”
Let me translate that for you: “The US Gestapo illegally broke into a legal, private business that provides a service enjoyed by many, many people, stole or destroyed all their goods, locked up the owner and a couple employees/cohorts, and left with all their cash.”
Let me tell you the reality of this situation: our government answers to no one! And why should they? There are no consequences for their unlawful, immoral actions. No one will be bringing these criminals to justice for their actions on that day…or any other day. And this sort of thing happens EVERY day. What a scary realization to suddenly see so vividly that our so-called protectors are actually the most vile, despicable criminals in existence; the kind that act with impunity.
It's only going to get worse as the coming years pass by. As our economy slides deeper into the doldrums of depression, average, everyday citizens will beg for more and more government. Having been bred to believe government is there to help, these poor, ignorant people will only empower government more and more. And the small pockets of people like us — the people who KNOW the truth — will be persecuted as Rawesome's owner, James Stewart, is being persecuted.
This is the reason I haven't posted anything on TruthOffering.com in weeks. I've lost hope for our country. I've lost hope because I see how sick and tired people are. Sick and tired of trying; of giving a shit enough about themselves to even try to be better. When you stop growing, you start dying. America, I'm afraid, is dying. You may not like to hear that, but it's the sad truth.
Our freedom is gone.

Rawesome Foods, a private buying club offering wholesome, natural raw milk and raw cheese products (among other wholesome foods) is founded by James Stewart, a pioneer in bringing wholesome raw foods directly to consumers through a buying club. James was followed from his private residence by law enforcement, and when he entered his store, the raid was launched.
Law enforcement demanded that all customers (members) of the store vacate the premises, then they demanded to know how much cash James had at the store. When James explained the amount of cash he had at the store — which is used to purchase product for selling there — agents demanded to know why he had such an amount of cash and where it came from.
