U.S. markets mixed at close; Dow Jones down 0.10%

At the close of U.S. trade, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.10%, the S&P 500 index shed 0.13%, while the Nasdaq 100 index climbed 0.35%.

Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, European stock markets were mixed at close. France’s CAC 40 was down 0.61%; Germany’s DAX shed 0.05%; Britain’s FTSE 100 climbed 0.11%; and the EURO STOXX 50 fell 0.69%.
