Lack of Leadership Plagues Weak Market

US markets closed higher Monday, but the action certainly was not the ferocious oversold bounce many have been expecting. Even despite climactic bearish sentiment, the reversal has not yet come, due in part to a clear lack of leadership. Apple Inc.
