As for solid trade setups to go along with the potential for a takeover, I'd like to point you to Genworth Financial (GNW) that is currently breaking out after forming a cup and handle pattern. Another one worth watching is Seabright Insurance Holdings (SBX) which is likewise forming a cup and handle but has yet to confirm the pattern. Continue to follow Winn-Dixie (WINN) which is in a very tight consolidation pattern, that once it breakout out of it, will likely see a strong push to the upside.
